Availability & Prices
Our houses tend to be let to students from the Eastbourne campus of Brighton University across the academic years, and to international students over the summer months. However we do have some houses that are let to overseas students year round.
With so many houses we often have a few rooms available, sometimes at short notice – please contact us to discuss your requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
Lettings for the academic year are on ten, eleven, and twelve month contracts whereas summer lettings are on a week by week basis. In circumstances where, as a group, you book a house under a twelve month contract but some of your number may not be intending to occupy their rooms across the whole of the summer, you may wish to ask about our Summer Subletting Service.
Rental prices vary according to facilities provided in each house and whether you are looking for winter or summer accommodation, but are in line with guidelines published by the Eastbourne accommodation office of Brighton University.

Houses for Long Term Lets / Academic Years

Houses for Summer Lets
This page provides all the booking information required for students wishing to rent a room or a house across the summer months. These rentals are available for anything from 2 – 12 weeks.
International Houses
This page provides details of both immediate and forthcoming availability in those houses where we can offer rooms to international students/workers who wish to find accommodation on either a short or long term basis.
