Availability

Our houses tend to be let to students from the Eastbourne campus of Brighton University from September to June and to international students over the summer months. However we do have some houses that are let to overseas students year round.

With so many houses we often have a few rooms available, sometimes at short notice - please contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Lettings for the academic year are on nine month contracts (Assured Shorthold Agreements) whereas summer lettings are on a week by week basis.

We are currently fully booked but will have more rooms available on completion of renovation works to our newest house in May 2008.

All our houses are now booked for the academic year commencing September 2008 though we do have a room available in one of the houses where one more student would be welcomed to make up the numbers with 5 girls.

Terms of booking

Lettings for the Academic Year

Once you have viewed the houses that you are considering renting and found one that meets your requirements, we will need one month's rent as a booking/security deposit, £10 per person registration fee, £10 per person Deposit Protection Insurance, and a list of everyones names, addresses, and mobile telephone numbers. Upon receipt of your deposit the house is yours! No references are required. We will then provide you with an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement to sign and return to us.

Summer Lettings

If you would like to reserve a room for the summer months, simply give us a call, send us an email, or text us a message. Bearing in mind that many of our summer students are overseas and that transfering of monies can be expensive, we won't ask you for your £100 (per person) refundable security/damages deposit until your arrival. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible in the event that you change your mind and decide not to rent a room from us. We will also require a one off registration fee of £10 per person.

Year Round Lettings to International Students

Once you have viewed the houses that you are considering renting and found one that meets your requirements, we will need £100 (per person) as a booking/security deposit and £10 per person registration fee. Upon receipt of your deposit the house is yours! No references are required. Rent is payable monthly and we ask you to give us two weeks notice when you want to move out.

In accordance with UK legislation, smoking in houses is not permitted.
