So what is different about us?

We are self-catering student accommodation in Eastbourne – but with a difference! Unlike standard letting agencies who manage properties on behalf of their client landlords, we at Student Heaven own all the properties that we advertise, let and manage. This means that we have a vested interest in ensuring that our houses are well maintained via an on-going maintenance programme and that any problems reported to us by our tenants are addressed in a timely manner. This also means that if you need to speak to someone you can be assured that we’ll answer the phone 7 days a week!

In short, Student Heaven is all about student accommodation for discerning students who care about the quality and condition of their accommodation, and landlords who care about the quality and condition of their investments/houses!

We’ve been providing quality self-catering student accommodation in Eastbourne’s town centre since 1994 and consequently we like to think that with this depth of experience we have a good understanding of the needs and demands of our tenants. Each house has a telephone line, internet, gas cooking and gas central heating and all rooms (most with wash hand basins) are equipped with desks, solid pine double beds and chests of drawers.  TV’s are provided in every house. Our kitchens are equipped with washing machines and microwaves. Most now have dishwashers and tumble dryers too! For summer students we can also provide duvets and bed linen if needed.

Houses are for 5 – 10 students sharing lounge, bathroom and kitchen facilities and all are located in the centre of town close to all amenities and within walking distance of main shopping areas, bars, nightclubs, cinema’s and beach! Rooms are available year round with prices starting from £80 per week.

Since we are not an agency we don’t charge for documentation, arrangement, introduction, or handling fees, however we do ask for a £20 registration/administration fee as a contribution towards costs such as Deposit Protection Insurance and the licensing charges that we have to pay the local authorities for every room that we let.

All properties comply with (or even exceed) current gas, electrical, fire and Environmental Health regulations. Relevant certificates are available at our offices to view or copy at any time, free of charge.
